Complete Dentures

Complete Dentures. as the name suggests, completely replace all natural dentition of 1 or both arches in an individuals mouth. Complete dentures are generally made when someones existing denture has worn or no longer functions well, and as such, is in need of a replacement.

While we do offer premium complete dentures, called Equilibrium Balanced Dentures, the majority of patients opt for Standard Dentures which require 4 appointments to make.

At our first appointment, we will always conduct a free consult to ensure complete dentures are the right choice for you, and if we choose to go ahead with treatment will also take impressions of your gums.

Secondly, we will take a bite, which simply means we record how your jaws come together so we can make sure that the teeth will mesh properly when you close your jaw.

Next, we will perform a try-in. At this stage, all of the teeth will be set in wax and you will get to see what the finished product will look like before the dentures are finished in hard acrylic.

At the forth and final appointment, we will give you your completed dentures and once again double check every aspect of them so ensure your satisfaction.
